We use the best ingredients!

I started baking my own bread when I found out I have the MTHFR gene mutation (45% of the population does!). It makes the added folic acid in traditional breads, pastas, cakes and cookies impossible to digest. So I had to learn to make my own and quickly found out it was far more delicious! So I wanted to share my creations with others who might struggle to find organic flour favorites. I knew it was difficult for me to find organic pizza crust in the store. I cook with the purest ingredients I can find. Simple is the best! So I really hope my products help you to feel better! And if you have any suggestions or requests, I'd love to hear them! I'll try my best to accommodate.
